For us stands the term »service« for the personal care, the kindness and the commitment from our team and family towards our guests – and we do all of that with heart and enthusiasm. Our guests can expect an excellent hospitality and a longstanding experience.

Freedom from barriers

Our house offers mobility, safety and autonomy for people with physical restrictions. We relieve our guests from the logistical strain they have when they are away from home. If you have got questions you can always contact our personnel.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is possible from 03:00 pm. In case of an earlier arrival we ask you for a prior notification and we will try to make an earlier check-in possible. Check-out is possible until 11:00 am. If you want to check-out later as 11:00 am we also ask you for a previous notification. Likewise we try to make a later check-out possible.

WiFi

A WiFi internet access is for our guests free available.

Parking facilities

Behind the hotel are free parking facilities for our guests. Also more parking facilities are in the close vicinity.

Wake-up service

Many guests are away on business and they need to keep appointments, which demand to get out of bed punctual. Thereby our telephonically wake-up service can be a help. Therefor you only need to stipulate a time with the personnel at the reception on the evening before.

Laundry service

If you have got dirty laundry but you need clean clothes we can help you with our hotel laundry service. We look after the necessary cleansing of your clothes.

Postal service

If needed, we take delivery of your postal mailings or we send letters for you.
