Terms and Conditions

I. Area of application

These terms and conditions apply to all hotel accommodation agreements and all service and other goods are provided to the guest from the hotel Friedrichs. Different terms, including those which are included in the General Terms and Conditions of the guest or the purchaser or intermediary of hotel rooms, do not apply, unless they are expressly accepted in writing by the Hotel Friedrichs. is provided

II. Conclusion of Contract

On a booking request of the guest at the hotel or at the Hotel Friedrichs intermediaries comes with the appropriate hotel or hotel booking confirmation agent, an accommodation agreement (hereinafter, the "Contract"). Contractual partners are the Hotel Friedrichs and the guest. If a third part has made the reservation for the guest of the hotel opposite liable as purchaser together with the guest and severally liable for all obligations under the contract, insofar as the hotel Friedrichs has a corresponding statement . Regardless, every customer is obliged to all posting information, especially these terms and conditions, be forwarded to the guest. The bottom and subletting the rooms and their use for other than accommodation serving purposes is prohibited.

III. Benefits / payments

The Hotel Frederick is obligated to keep the rooms reserved by the customer in accordance with these terms and conditions and to render the agreed services. The guest is obliged to pay the applicable for rooms provided and for him to claim benefits prices. This also applies services and expenses of the hotel to a third part for the guest. The Hotel Friedrichs is entitled in contracting or after to require a prepaiment. The hotel prices include the applicable VAT. Invoices of the Hotel Friedrichs are immediately to pay, at the latest upon departure, without deduction. For company invoices the other part have to pay within eight days after the due date and receipt of an invoice. A delay of payment is calculated with 8% default interest in business-to-business and with 5% in business-to-consumer above the base rate. The guest may only offset or reduce a legally valid claim against a hotel Friedrichs demand .

IV. Cancellation

The Hotel Friedrichs grants to the Guest rescission under the following conditions: Until seven days before the arrival of the guest you can cancel without further legal consequences of the contract, unless special conditions are expressly accepted in writing by the Hotel Friedrichs. The cancellation must be received in writing to the Hotel Friedrichs up to this point. In case of a later cancellation, the Hotel Friedrichs is entitled to get 80% of the agreed room rate against the guest. If the guest will not arrive without any cancellation, the hotel will charge 100% of the agreed price for the first night and 80% of the agreed price for the following nights, in case of a failure. The Hotel Friedrichs will be endeavor to award the vacant due to cancellation of the room elsewhere. If it is not, or only partially succeeds, the resulting loss of 80% of the rooms for the time of the default (room vacancy) is calculated.

If a prepayment (described No.III.3) is not done within a prescribed period, the Hotel Friedrichs is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Hotel Friedrichs is also entitled to withdraw from the contract for important reason, especially if:

force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotel is not making impossible to fulfill the contract,
Rooms are booked with misleading or false information regarding material facts, such about the guest
Hotel Friedrichs has reasonable grounds to believe that use of the hotel's services might jeopardize the business operations, safety or reputation of the hotel in public, unauthorized use within the meaning of No. II.3 present.

The hotel have to inform the guest of the rescission in writing without delay. In the above cases of revocation does not claim the guest for damages.

V. Arrival / Departure

The Guest is not entitled to be provided specific rooms unless the Hotel Friedrichs has confirmed this rooms in writing. The ordered room is ready from 3pm at the day of arrival. The guest have no claim for a earlier availability. Booked rooms shall be taken by the Guest by 6pm on the agreed arrival day to complete. Otherwise, the Hotel Friedrichs has the right to booked rooms after 6pm otherwise. The guest must leave the rooms of the hotel until at 11am on the agreed day of departure at the latest. Thereafter, the Hotel Friedrichs charge the full room rate for the damage for the additional use of the room and the daily room rate from 12am.

VI. Liability / Limitation

The contractual liability of the Hotel Friedrichs for at the conclusion of the contract existing defects that have occurred due to a circumstance, which has to represent the hotel is excluded. The hotel is only liable for damages suffered by the guest, when the damage took place within the establishment and the Hotel Friedrichs or its employees is guilty of gross negligence. Items brought in the Hotel Friedrichs is liable only up to the statutory maximum. The custody of precious objects, money and securities can be refused. The hotel is liable for the breach of contractual obligations, insofar as it is no intent or gross negligence, for foreseeable and direct damages. The use of underground parking and on-site parking is at your own risk. The hotel is not liable for theft of introduced cars and also not for theft of items inside. The hotel is not liable for damage on introduced cars. The hotel also accepts no liability for any damage caused by weather-conditional flood (rain, melting water or floods), for example, in the parking lot. Also for all other types of weather-related losses or disabilities took over the hotel no liability. For this alone is the guest charge! The guest is obliged to reimburse any defects or damage in his hotel room without delay, to the Hotel Friedrichs, display, and thus to give the hotel an opportunity to remedy the deficiency.

Compensation claims rejects the hotel. All rooms are Non smoking rooms . Smoking in the guest rooms is not allowed. In case of violation, the Hotel Friedrichs is entitled to charge the guest at least one time cleaning fee of 50,00€ in account. If the room is not rented in connection, the hotel is entitled to charge one more night, the price is for the booked room.

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für Tagungen

1. Der Vertrag ist abgeschlossen, sobald das/die Zimmer bestellt und zugesagt, oder, falls eine Zusage aus Zeitgründen nicht mehr möglich ist, bereitgestellt wird/ werden. Mündliche Vereinbarungen werden erst wirksam, wenn sie vom Hotel schriftlich bestätigt worden sind.

2. Optionsdaten sind für beide Vertragspartner bindend. Das Hotel behält sich das Recht vor, nach Ablauf der Optionsdaten die reservierten Tagungsräume/Zimmer anderweitig zu vergeben.

3. Bei Anmeldung von mehreren Personen, insbesondere von Gruppen, soll im allseitigen Interesse die Teilnehmerliste mindestens 7 Tage vor Ankunft dem Hotel zur Verfügung stehen.

4. Weicht der Inhalt der Reservierungsbestätigung von dem Inhalt der Anmeldung ab, wird der abweichende Inhalt der Bestätigung für den Gast und für den Hotelier dann verbindlich, wenn der Gast nicht innerhalb von 10 Tagen von der angebotenen Rücktrittsmöglichkeit Gebrauch macht.

5. Reservierte Tagungsräume stehen dem Leistungsteilnehmer nur zu der schriftlich vereinbarten Zeit zur Verfügung. Eine Inanspruchnahme der Räume über den vereinbarten Zeitraum hinaus bedarf der vorherigen Rücksprache mit dem Hotel. Reservierte Hotelzimmer stehen dem Gast von 15 Uhr am Anreisetag bis 11 Uhr am Abreisetag zur Verfügung. Sofern nicht ausdrücklich eine Ankunftszeit vereinbart wurde, behält sich das Hotel das Recht vor, bestellte Hotelzimmer nach 18 Uhr anderweitig zu vergeben.

6. Der Gast wird gebeten, bei vorzeitiger Abreise seine Abreise dem Empfang bis spätestens 20 Uhr am Vortag der Abreise mitzuteilen; bei Abreise bis 18 Uhr ist der halbe Zimmerpreis, nach 18 Uhr der volle Zimmerpreis zu zahlen.

7. Welche Leistungen vertraglich vereinbart sind, ergibt sich aus den Angaben in der Reservierungsbestätigung.

8. Eine Rückvergütung bestellter, aber nicht in Anspruch genommener Leistungen ist nicht möglich.

9. Die ausgezeichneten Preise sind Inklusivpreise und verstehen sich einschließlich Bedienungsgeld und gesetzlicher Mehrwertsteuer.

10. Überschreitet der Zeitraum zwischen Vertragsabschluss und Leistungserstellung sechs Monate, so behält sich das Hotel das Recht vor, Preisänderungen ohne vorherige Ankündigung vorzunehmen.

11. Ändert sich nach Vertragsabschluss der Satz der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer, so ändert sich der vereinbarte Preis entsprechend.

12. Bei Um- bzw. Abbestellungen von reservierten Räumen/Zimmern und Arrangements werden in Rechnung gestellt, sofern zwischen Besteller und Hotel nichts anderes vereinbart wurde:

Bis 42 Tage vor Veranstaltungs- / Reisebeginns: Keine Kosten
41 bis 21 Tage vor Veranstaltungs- / Reisebeginns: 45 % der vereinbarten Leistungen
20 bis 3 Tage vor Veranstaltungs- / Reisebeginns: 60 % der vereinbarten Leistungen
3 bis 0 Tage vor Veranstaltungs- / Reisebeginns: 80 % der vereinbarten Leistungen

Werden die vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen für ein bzw. mehrere Teilnehmer ohne vorherige fristgemäße Stornierung vom Besteller nicht in Anspruch genommen, so berechnet das Hotel dem Besteller eine Gebühr in Höhe von 100 % der veranschlagten Kosten.

13. Eine Änderung der Teilnehmerzahl muss spätestens 3 Tage vor Veranstaltungsbeginn mitgeteilt werden, andernfalls wird mindestens die bestellte Anzahl der vereinbarten Leistungen in Rechnung gestellt. Bei Abweichung der Teilnehmerzahl um mehr als 10 % ist das Hotel berechtigt, die vereinbarten Preise neu festzusetzen sowie die bestätigten Räume zu tauschen, es sei denn, dass dies dem Veranstalter unzumutbar ist.

14. Der Veranstalter / Besteller haftet für die Bezahlung eventuell von den Veranstaltungsteilnehmern zusätzlich bestellte Speisen und Getränke

15. Störungen an der zur Verfügung gestellter technischer oder sonstiger Einrichtung werden soweit möglich, sofort beseitigt. Eine Zurückbehaltung oder Minderung von Zahlungen kann jedoch nicht vorgenommen werden.

16. Unsere Rechnungen sind binnen 14 Tagen ab Rechnungsdatum ohne Abzug zahlbar.

17. Berichtigung von Irrtümern sowie von Druck- und Rechenfehlern bleibt vorbehalten.

18. Die Unwirksamkeit einzelner Bestimmungen des Vertrages oder dieser Bedingungen berührt nicht die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Vereinbarungen.
